Fall 2023 - Contracted by Utica City School District to provide mobile STEM labs to all elementary and middle school students. Scope of work includes classroom push-ins and professional development for teachers.

Spring/Fall 2023 - Scope of work with Syracuse City School District increased to include classroom push-ins. Coordinated with eight schools to offer 'learn to code' curriculum to all 5th grade classrooms.

2022/23 - assisted with development of grade 6 coding curriculum for the Syracuse City School District and provided professional development for teachers to implement the new content

2018 to date - successfully implemented in residence program for Erie21 Initiative with Le Moyne College – summer STEM camp for middle school students, year-round programming curriculum for middle school students, and intro to technology session for high school students in accordance with grant requirements

2019 - Started Syracuse Scratch Meetup in coordination with MIT's Scratch Meetup Network

2019 - Awarded grant in collaboration with Boys & Girls Club to start a girl coding club in all 4 locations in Syracuse

Tech4kidz offers the following: coding classes to students ages 7-17, summer STEM camps, one day hackathons for students, workshops for educators to learn to teach coding to their students, coding kit ideal for use in after school classes or as a teaching aid in class. Our goal is to introduce STEM to students at an early age and help to engage them, spark interest and build confidence in their abilities in technology.
** Foster collaborations with community organizations to educate students in areas of STEM: recent collaborations: WCNY, Le Moyne College, Peaceful Schools, AT&T. Work under grant constraints to provide curriculum training to educators in the area of computer coding.
